The sangat of Calgary is very fortunate to have Mata Baljit Kaur Khalsa come down from Jalandhar, India to do yoga and meditation for this week. She will be doing simran at Bibi Jasvir Kaur's residence for tonight and the sangat is requested to come and participate in this enlightening experience and to gain from Mata ji's  inspirational and knowledgeable life-style. The details of the program are listed below:
